End of Day 3

Well I didn't play the entire day until 10pm. So I just finished a 6 hour session at 1/2 up $100. A total donkey show as expected. I was anyone from 150 down to 150 up the whole session. I had given up trying to get back to even and stated to everyone it was my last hand. I limped with 88 in late position (you can't raise with low pockets in these games unless you know you are hitting a set).

There were a few limpers. The button made it $12 to go. I called and cutoff called. So about 45 in the pot preflop. The flop came:

I checked, cutoff checks, button bets 20. I dunno. I just didn't think he had it so I made it 75 to go. My jaw drops when the cutoff calls and then the button calls. So now there is 270 in the pot. All I am thinking is, I better hit an 8 here or I'm fucked. The turn is 6s. I was totally confused and felt beat. I only had 75 left and was pretty sure my all-in would get called by the donkey on the button with KJ or QJ. So I check....to my surprise, they both check....the river??

An 8.....wooppeeee.....

I insta push all-in for 75 and they both fold (button donkey had KJ). The other guy said he folded 7D8D so I hit my one outer. Good for me. I took down the biggest pot of my trip.

Onto the wynn tourney tomorrow, $330 buy-in. Wish me luck!!!
