Day 2 still going

Well...after shopping and spending a lot of money on some pretty cool chit, I played one very short session at 1/2 and was up about $80. I got QQ, KK and AA during that session so I was a little disappointed. I was only there for about an hour though so not so bad. Interesting enough 2 guys were still there that I had played with last night. 20 hours and 15 hours they had been there and had over 1200 each. One guy was a local and another was from texas down to play in the wpt event (he won a satelite at borgata).

We then went shopping and then dinner. After one huge marg I went to sit down at 1/2 again about 830pm. Early on I limped called a small raise with A10 (never do that). Flop came 1023 rainbow. There was a bet, I raised and the original raiser went all-in. Orginal bettor folded and I mucked and showed A10. The other guy showed A10.

I then played 67o from sb. The flop came 489. The bb bet about $6 into a 20 pot and every called. I called and the turn was a 10. There was a flush on board so I bet $30. The BB called. Then this huge stack made it 100 more and I thought forever and was certain she had JQ. The BB said after you finish thinking, I need some time too. I put him on maybe 67 with the flush draw (there was 2 out there).. I folded, bb folded a set of 4s and the big stack showed JQ.

So fast forward....I get AJ sooted in the sb. Everyone limps, I complete. Flop come AC10H3H. I bet out 25. The lady on the button makes it 50. I think for a bit and figure the worse it can be is A3, if I push I have a billion outs but she also might fold (she actually had folded). She called with A3 and I missed everything and busted.

My next buy-in was bad. I was down to $85. A semi-loose player raised to $12. Super tight player to his left made it $35. I have AK. I was pretty sure I was racing with him but thought after the action thbat was there, there maybe some fold equity..so I pushed. He insta-called with JJ and a K hit on the flop. The guy had smoke coming out of his ears and was after me for the rest of the night.

The final stats on the night for cash games was -140. Not bad considering I was down 380 at one point. I'm now on my way for the 2am alladin tourney that skip recommended.....
